It took a little time to sink in while rubbing, just make sure you don't use too much. It comes in a plastic jar, no pump, which while it's messier than other roll ons, you have to rub it in anyway so putting your fingers in the container isn't that much more. It works in soothing out the pain in my shoulders, neck and back, plus works on arthritis. The smell is Great I applied it two to three times a day, depending on the pain levels. It is similar to using Icy Hot except it doesn't get hot.I am very impressed with the price in comparison to many other companies. I would deff recommend this to my family and friends.
